NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pasadena Unified School District (“District”) of Los Angeles County, California, acting by and through its Governing Board (“Board”) will receive bids from contractors holding a “B” California Contractors license on the following: Bid #22-25/26 – Altadena Outdoor Learning & Campus Improvements Project at Altadena Elementary School DSA #03-125900 per bid specifications. The scope of work is estimated to be between $6,500,000 to $8,000,000 and includes: Parking lot Photovoltaic system, expansion and upgrades to existing playgrounds, including new landscaping, hardscape improvements, and amphitheater seating with other improvements as outlined in the bidding documents.

Prequalification Due Date & Instructions for Application Submission: All applications are due no later than 4/23/26 - Pasadena Unified School District has contracted with Colbi Technologies, Inc. to provide a web-based process for prequalification called QualityBidders. To submit an application at no cost please visit www.qualitybidders.com. Once you have been approved, you will receive an email indicating your approval expiration date and approval limit.

Job Walk location: Altadena Elementary School located at: 743 E. Calaveras St., Altadena, CA 91001 – All Attending Contractors MUST meet the District representatives at the campus main entrance. Bidders will be escorted onto the campus from that location. Tardiness or failure to attend the site walk will render any bid submitted by a non-attendee non-responsive.
