    Bid submittals will be received to furnish all labor and materials and perform all work for the construction of the following described project:GEORGETOWN RAILROAD TRAIL, PHASE 1 - SOUTH 31ST STREET TO SOUTH 5TH STREET (TXDOT FUNDED, CSJ: 0909-36-173)Installation of approximately 7,400 linear feet of 10’ ADA compliant hike and bike trail along the Georgetown Railroad rail track from South 31st Street to South 5th Street. The project will also include landscaping elements, irrigation system, pedestrian lighting, electrical components, as well as a pedestrian HAWK signal at the intersection of South 31st Street and the Georgetown Railroad.Award of this bid will be a unit price contract.TxDOT Standard Specifications are required for this project.The engineer’s estimate of probable cost associated with this project is $3,780,000.The selected Contractor shall complete the work within 210 consecutive calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
