    Description

    The City of Temple, TX (“City”) is seeking sealed bids from responsible firms to provide a portable generator(s) and/or pump(s) for the City’s Water Treatment Plant.Funding for this purchase is provided by a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) grant. In addition to state and local procurement requirements, this invitation to bid (ITB) and resulting contracts, if any, shall be governed by the following regulatory authorities: 2 CFR 200, 2 CFR 1500, and 40 CFR 33.This is a unit price bid. All bid prices shall be all-inclusive including all labor costs, materials, insurance, overhead, profit, travel time, mileage, and be exclusive of taxes. No additional charges will be allowed.Bidders are not required to submit bids for both types of equipment.The City reserves the right to purchase any combination and quantity of equipment from this bid.
