    Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for a 22’ Tilt Trailer will be received by the CITY OF BATAVIA at the Bureau of Water & Wastewater, One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, New York, 14020 until 10:00 AM, E.S.T., May 21st, 2026 at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bid envelopes shall be marked on the outside “Bid for 22’ Tilt Trailer”. Specifications and bid requirements may be obtained at the Department of Public Works in City Hall at One Batavia City Centre, Batavia, NY, 14020 or online: www.cityofbataviany.gov/government/bids-rfps. All bids shall be submitted on forms provided by the City. Questions should be directed to the Bureau of Water & Wastewater at (585) 345-6324 or tphelps@batavianewyork.com. The City reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
