NOTICE CALLING FOR BIDS CONCESSION STAND AT MARICH FIELD Sealed Bid proposals will be received for the White Pine County Maintenance Department, by the White Pine County Clerk’s Office, until May 4th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. for the operation of the Concession Stand at Marich Field for the 2026 Co-Ed softball season to run from award of this contract through any scheduled league play and scheduled tournaments. Bid packets can be obtained from the White Pine County Clerk’s Office: 1786 Great Basin Blvd, Suite 3, Ely Nevada, 89301. Bidders mailing bids assume the risk of late delivery. All Bids must be sealed and clearly marked on the outside, “Marich Field Concession Stand Bids”. Bids must be received by the White Pine County Clerk’s office no later than May 4th, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. if they are to be considered. On May 6th, 2026, bids will be opened and read aloud at the White Pine County Commission Meeting: Ely, Nevada. The contract may be awarded at the White Pine County Commission Meeting, all interested parties are invited to be in attendance at the bid opening. The minimum bid is 0% of the gross receipts for the 2026 season, with a $250.00 refundable cleaning deposit. Terms of the contract will be for the 2026 softball season to run from award of the contract through any scheduled league play and scheduled tournaments. All proposals submitted will be subject to acceptance or rejection by the White Pine County Commission. All information, documentation, proposals, etc., will become the property of White Pine County.
