    Description

    The City of Menlo Park (City) is partnering with the San Mateo County Transportation Authority (TA) to construct landscaping improvements in the vicinity of the US 101/Willow Road interchange. All work will occur within Caltrans right-of-way and is subject to an encroachmentpermit from the agency. The general scope of work includes, but is not limited to, highway planting, installation of irrigation systems, and establishment and maintenance of plant materials for a period of three (3) years. The work also includes site preparation, furnishing and installing plant materials, and implementing erosion control measures as required. Water for the irrigation system will be supplied by the City of Menlo Park and the City of East Palo Alto through Caltrans-owned meters.
