HVRC will consider only one firm/company as the sole contact point regarding contract matters, whether subconsultants are used for one or more parts of this Project. RESPONDENTS who intend to subcontract one or more elements of this Project to other firms/companies shall identify those work elements to be subcontracted and the firm/individual subconsultants. All subconsultants shall be included in the RESPONDENT’s statement of qualifications. HVRC retains the right to refuse proposed subconsultants.
