The Project includes:
- The replacement of a four-lane curb-and-gutter concrete roadway along Blackhawk Boulevard from FM 2351 to approximately 500 feet south of Pennystone Way and Thursa Lane to FM 528. This includes pavement, drainage (24” – 42” RCP and 5’x3’ RCB), and 12” PVC water line at locations that is not PVC. This project also includes installation of 24” transmission water main from FM 2351 to Edenvale Street.

The anticipated contract time for this project is five hundred forty (540) calendar days. The estimated project budget is $7,500,000. These figures are provided in accordance with Section 2269.153 of the Texas Government Code.

No proposal may be withdrawn or terminated for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the proposal opening date without the consent of the City of Friendswood. Unless otherwise expressly provided herein, all references to "day(s)" shall mean calendar day(s).
