    The Board of Commissioners of Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, will accept sealed proposals electronically via PennBid until 11:00 a.m., prevailing time April 28, 2026 for the following:2026 Street Resurfacing ProjectThe Project generally consists of approximately 12,000 yd2 of street resurfacing and milling, and 3,000 yd2 of base repair in Hampden Township and associated infrastructure repairs.All bid proposals must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10 %) of the bid.Specifications and bid forms may be obtained at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net). The successful bidder will be required to post a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid price.Bid Proposals will be opened at 11:15 a.m. on April 28, 2026 with bid results made available shortly thereafter.It is anticipated that the project cost is at least $25,000; therefore, Pennsylvania prevailing wages under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act will be required.The Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
