As such, the contractor must become familiar with and comply with the terms and conditions specified in the grant.Each bidder must deposit with his bid, surety in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the General Stipulations.The bidder shall be required to comply in all respects with the provisions of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and chapter 49, title 16, of the Pennsylvania Code and any other regulations promulgated hereunder.Before submitting a bid, the bidder shall fully inform himself as to all laws, ordinances, insurance, bonds, regulations, wage rates, underwriter approval and shall include in his bid a sum to cover the cost of all items included in the specification and pertinent documents.
