Proposals shall be effective for sixty (60) calendar days from the date of opening. A Performance Bond or Letter of Credit in the amount of 100% of the contract amount for each year will have to be provided by the successful bidder. The Borough reserves the right to waive any information in the bids received, to reject any or all bids, or to award any contract as deemed to be in the Borough's best interest.
