PA Wage Rates Apply, and Performance and Payment Security equal to 100% of the contract amount is required.The Borough of Leesport, Owner, hereby reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to refuse and reject any or all bids submitted, or portions thereof, and also reserves the right to waive any informality in bids received.
