Sixth Street, Pennsburg, Pennsylvania, 18073. All bid proposals shall remain valid through August 31, 2026, to provide sufficient time for Pennsburg Borough Council to complete its evaluation and consideration of the bids.Specifications and contract documents are available electronically on PennBid. All proposals must be on forms furnished by the Borough of Pennsburg. The bid or proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the amount bid, with such security made payable to the Borough of Pennsburg. The successful contractor shall be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds and Insurance Certifications in the Specifications.Consideration will be made to the lowest responsible bidder as determined to be in the best interest of the Borough. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and waive any informality in the bid.
