    BOROUGH OF WEST CONSHOHOCKEN 112 Ford St West Conshohocken, PA 19428PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to all prospective bidders that the Borough of West Conshohocken will receive sealed bids for the following contract: Residential Recycling In West Conshohocken Borough, Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online until 11:00 AM, prevailing time, on the 17 day of June 2026 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. All documents and solicitation details are available any time at PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by clicking on the “Solicitations” then “View” tabs.Residential Recycling in West Conshohocken BoroughThis project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools and equipment for the pickup and disposal of the Recycling materials at all residential properties within the Borough between the hours of 7 AM and 1 PM.Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids.Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Borough of West Conshohocken in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed, to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.Bid surety checks and bid bonds will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the awarding and signing of the Contract. The successful bidder(s) will be required to furnish Performance and Labor and Material Bonds in one hundred percent (100%) of the amount of the contract; a Maintenance Bond in the amount of twenty-five percent (25%) of the total contract price, as well as a Certificate of Insurance.The Borough reserves the right to waive any informality, or to reject any or all bids, or take such action as it may deem in the best interest of the Borough and as may be permitted by law.
