A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday April 20, 2026, at 2:00 PM, at the Boys & Girls Club located at 1324 East Highway 40 in Craig, Colorado. Attendance at this meeting is mandatory to be eligible to submit a bid. No proposal shall be withdrawn after opening the proposals without the consent of the City of Craig, for a period of 60 days following the scheduled proposal opening. The City of Craig reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informality in the proposals.
