A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Tuesday, JULY 14, 2026, AT 10:00 AM in the Ballfields at Brengle Terrace Park 1200 Vale Terrace Drive, Vista CA, 92084.
Due to seasonal recreational programming, the project will begin in October.
