The Town Hall will be finalizing the Phase I Building Renovations which are anticipated to be completed by the end of August. This project will require utilization of multiple phases of construction to allow for minimal disturbance for the operating site services. Minimumm available parking spaces are defined in the Contract Documents. The awarded Contractor shall conduct construction operations with the utmost care to provide the safest and least impactful site for visitors, personnel, and staff as outlined herein and as directed by the Owner. The Town will be awarding one single contract for General Construction of this project. All other divisions of work shall be subcontracted by the Awarded Contractor as required.
