Applicable federal and state statutory requirements apply, including 2 CFR Part 200. Bidders are advised that Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to applicable construction portions of this contract as set forth in the RFP. Eligible costs must be incurred by March 23, 2028, unless otherwise extended by DCED.Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the applicable contract amount may be required depending upon the contract structure awarded.Bucks County is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
