This project is to include the demolition of adjacent bituminous and Portland cement concrete surfaces, walkways and pads, as noted on the “Site Plan” and all foundations for said bldg’s. Work will also include the removal of all utility connections from said bldg.’s to the point of connection at tie into main service lines. The project will also include the restoration of each site with placement of 1’ on-site fill, 6” of imported topsoil, seed and fertilizer. Planting of 6 deciduous trees near former Southeast corner of Bldg 171. ESTIMATED RANGE: .1 General - $600,001.00 - $800,000.00 Liquidated Damages = (.1) $220.00 per day MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE: The Pre-Bid Conference will take place on Wednesday May 7, 2026, at 10:00AM (map attached in bid documents), Horsham, PA, Montgomery County. This is a significant programmatic change from the SDB and SB Participation program contained in prior Projects issued by Public Works. Bidders now must agree to meet the SDB and VBE Participation Goals in full or demonstrate that they have made Good Faith Efforts to meet the Goals.
