INVITATION FOR BIDS Bid #26-259 Building Maintenance and Repair Services Due April 30th, 2026 before 2:00 p.m., PST King County Directors' Association (KCDA) is a purchasing cooperative owned by the school districts of Washington State and is located in Kent, Washington. KCDA’s membership is made up of, but not restricted to, public school districts, private schools, municipalities, political subdivisions and other public agencies primarily located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, and Montana. Representing over 1 million students and over 5,000 ship to locations, KCDA purchases approximately $190 million worth of products, equipment and services on behalf of the membership. The KCDA Purchasing Cooperative (hereinafter “KCDA”) requests bids from manufacturers and/or dealers who can offer Building Maintenance and Repair Services to its member agencies. Total estimated value of this contract is approximately $3,500,000 to $5,000,000 annually. All bids must be submitted electronically through Public Purchase. KCDA will not accept bids submitted in physical form, including mailed packets, courier deliveries, flash drives, binders, or emailed attachments. Bid responses must be fully uploaded in Public Purchase on or before the due date and time stated in this IFB. Late submissions—regardless of cause, including technical issues, internet delays, or user error—will not be accepted or considered. Public Purchase will automatically time-stamp all submissions, and only bids successfully received by the system before the deadline will be eligible for evaluation. All questions regarding this IFB must be submitted through the “Questions” section of Public Purchase. KCDA will not accept questions via email or phone.
