Background

Facilities Management (Facilities) oversees a diverse portfolio of City-owned buildings and public-use facilities, including administrative offices, public service buildings, and community spaces. These facilities vary in age, condition, and operational demand, with many experiencing high daily traffic and continuous use. Ongoing maintenance needs include both preventative and reactive services, with an emphasis on minimizing downtime, maintaining safe environments, and addressing aging infrastructure.

Evaluation Criteria

• Qualifications/competence of team members to manage services to be provided (40 pts)
• Performance of the firm with previous clients, based upon quality of the work, control of costs, ability to meet schedules or deadlines; and responsiveness to the client (15 pts)
