    EMAIL bwagner@emmitsburgmd.gov for any questions The Mayor and Commissioners of Emmitsburg, Maryland, are requesting sealed bids from qualified contractors for Construction Trades, including Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC, for the addition to the Wastewater Treatment Plant building at 16707 Creamery Road. Sealed proposals are due by 4:00 PM on Tuesday, June 30, 2026. Please see “Submittal Requirements” on how to submit your bid. The Town has issued a separate solicitation for the construction of the building and associated concrete pad and anticipates awarding that contract at the July 13, 2026, Mayor and Commissioners Meeting. The scope of this Request for Proposals is limited to the furnishing and installation of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, including a standby generator and sanitary sewer grinder pump system, for the new building addition. A pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 11:00 am at 16707 Creamery Road.
