The scope of the project is summarized as the construction of paving, drainage, and utility improvements to Buoy Road, from Lighthouse Drive to Cruiser Road South. The primary scope of work will include milling and resurfacing the existing roadway, installation of new drainage structures, and installation of new Seacoast Utility Authority water and sewer mains. Additional improvements will include isolated areas of pavement reconstruction, swale regrading, installation of a tide check valve, sidewalk construction, driveway construction, sod placement, and installation of new pavement markings. ## Pre-Bid Conference MANDATORY A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, April 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be in the Conference Room at the Village Hall located at 501 US Highway One, North Palm Beach, FL 33408. During this meeting potential bidders will have the opportunity to ask questions and walk the site.
