    Furnish all labor, materials, tools, transportation, equipment and disposal costs to remove and replace with Class `A¿ rated composition shingles on 3 roofs located on State Parks Residence #3 at Andrew Molera State Park; and State Park Residences #16 and #19 at Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park in Monterey County, California. The roof replacements shall be complete and in accordance with the plans and specifications therefore and such addenda thereto as may be issued prior to bid opening date. License required: B-Contractor or C-39 Roofing Contractor Engineer Estimate:  $100,000 Contract Term:  One Hundred Eighty (180) Calendar Days from Notice to Proceed Contract Performance Period: One Hundred Twenty (120) Calendar Days from Formal Start Work Date. Job Showing is Mandatory - see Notice to Contractors included in Project Manual. DVBE Incentive: For evaluation purposes only, an incentive will be given to bidders who exceed the 6% DVBE participation requirements. Refer to the DVBE forms beginning with DPR 479IP. Participation in Small Business Preference Program: Preference will be granted to bidder properly approved as ¿Small Business¿ in accordance with Section 1896, et seq., Title 2, California Code of Regulations.
