The existing fire pump will be disconnected from the existing power sources and generator. A new utility service to the main switchboard and new fire pump switchboard will be provided. The fire pump will have a new automatic transfer switch connected to the existing generator and new fire pump switchboard to serve the fire pump distribution panel at HEBER DUNES SVRA in Imperial County, California. Failure to fulfill the DVBE requirement will render your bid non-responsive. Small Business Preference and Small Business Subcontractor Participation: A five percent (5%) Small Business Preference will be granted to properly certified small businesses (a completed STD 811 Form must be submitted with the bid proposal).
