Answers will be provided by Addendum which will be posted within the Bid Solicitation located on the Cal eProcure website stated above. It is the responsibility of the bidders to download any addenda as needed. Participation in Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise Program (DVBE) has been WAIVED. DVBE incentive still applies.
