Caldwell Police Department New White EPDM Roofing & Re-Install Ballast_2026

This project is for the Caldwell Police Department and consists of removing the existing roofing system and installing a new white EPDM membrane to provide a durable, energy-efficient, and watertight roof assembly. Work includes temporary removal and stockpiling of existing ballast, preparation of the roof deck, installation of new insulation (as specified), and full installation of the white EPDM system in accordance with manufacturer guidelines. Upon completion, suitable ballast will be reinstalled and evenly distributed to meet design requirements, ensuring proper membrane protection and drainage. All work will be performed in compliance with applicable codes, safety standards, and project specifications.
