Proposals received after this time will NOT be considered or accepted. **All RFB responses must include a completed and signed "Bid Submittal & Pricing Document" from the RFB document, or they will not be considered.** LCCC will NOT by holding a pre-bid meeting however, if a vendor is not familiar with the Cheyenne campus, it is highly recommended that the vendor walk through the campus to gain an understanding of the general layout.
