    Description

    The Borough of Canonsburg is proposing to perform rehabilitation of sanitary sewers in the areas of 5th Street and Munnell Street. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, removal of existing 8-inch diameter terra cotta and PVC sanitary sewer pipes, removal of existing sanitary manholes, cut and cap of an existing 8-inch diameter sanitary sewer, installation of new 8-inch diameter PVC sanitary sewer pipes, installation of new precast concrete sanitary manholes, replacement of 15-inch diameter SLCPP storm pipe, asphalt roadway restoration, asphalt wedge curb restoration, removal and resetting of existing guiderail, topsoil and seeding, and other related site restorations. Work will also include mobilization, maintenance and protection of traffic, and temporary erosion and sediment control measures as necessary to perform the work.
