SUNY Upstate intends to make an award under our discretionary authority pursuant to NYS Education Law Section 355(5)(a), which is up to $125,000, for the above-noted commodity/product or service. A sealed bid will not be held. If you are interested in providing a proposal for the above service, you must contact the appropriately designated Campus Contact in this advertisement within fifteen (15) business days of this Advertisement Notice. This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law Sections 139 J & K, AKA the Lobbying Law. Therefore, vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contact for this procurement is the individual listed below. Requirements: -Software must analyze cardiac MRI to quantify heart function and blood flow -Software must connect to hospital's Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS) to pull images -Software must include automatic calculation of metrics such as ejection fraction and stroke volume Business enterprises awarded an identical or substantially similar procurement contract within the past five years: None
