    Metro-North Railroad (MNR) is seeking the services of a qualified and Licensed Contractor in the State of New York (NY) and Connecticut (CT) to perform operational repairs to existing MNR Maintenance of Way Roadway Maintenance Work Equipment manufactured by Case Equipment. The service contract requires the Contractor to have factory trained technicians with knowledge of Case manufactured equipment. The Contractor shall have the ability to diagnose and provide the MNR Project Manager with a timely repair assessment. The prospective Contractor must provide satisfactory evidence to MNR that their organization meets or exceeds the standards described above.
