Round Rock Independent School District is accepting bid responses for: CATALOG CONTRACT FOR CUSTOM FABRIC PRINTING & EMBROIDERY SERVICES Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit responses as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on a periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the district, based on the criteria outlined within this solicitation. Awards will be made throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. PLEASE NOTE THIS CONTRACT REPLACES 21-081 SCREEN PRINTING & EMBROIDERY SERVICES (EXPIRES 10/31/24). ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO RESPOND TO THIS NEW RFP. FAILURE TO DO SO, WILL IMPACT YOUR OPPORTUNITY TO CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THE DISTRICT. Although hard copies are accepted, we strongly encourage bidders to submit their responses electronically. Electronic bidding is more efficient and minimizes errors. If in the event a hard copy response is necessary, the bid invitation document must be downloaded, completed, signed and included in your bid response. All responses must be received by the Purchasing Department staff prior to the close date and time as noted in the bid information. Email and fax responses will not be accepted.
