A Performance Bond and Payment Bond both in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract value shall be furnished by the successful bidders as detailed in Contract Documents.This project is subject to the provisions of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act.All bids received will be opened electronically via the PennBid Program on Tuesday, May 19, 2026 at 10:00 A.M., prevailing time at 201 North 14th Street, Catasauqua, PA 18032. Successful bidders will be selected by the Owner at a later date not to exceed sixty (60) days following the opening of bids.A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at 3:30 P.M. prevailing time, at the project site.Interested Firms are requested to respond by sealed bid submission satisfying the requirements of this Invitation. Bids shall only be submitted electronically via the Penn Bid Program.Catasauqua Area School District reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to accept or reject any or all proposals or to waive any informalities in bidding, and to withhold award for a period of up to sixty (60) days.
