• Technical Capability & Logistics (35 pts) —
  • Delivery Coverage: Ability to reliably deliver to all Zone 7 locations (North County, Del Valle, and occasional Patterson Pass)
  • Capacity & Flexibility: Ability to accommodate a wide range of group sizes (4 to 70+ attendees) and event types
  • Ordering System: Availability and ease of use of an online ordering platform or shareable link for individual meal selection and customization
  • Responsiveness: Ability to meet standard 24-hour notice requirements and accommodate expedited or last-minute requests
    
    
• Menu Quality, Variety & Dietary Accommodations (30 pts) —
  • Menu Variety: Breadth and quality of menu options across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and light refreshments
  • Dietary Accommodations: Ability to provide and clearly identify vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and other dietary options
  • Food Quality: Use of fresh ingredients and consistency in food quality across orders
    
    
• Cost Proposal & Value (25 pts) —
  • Pricing Transparency: Clear and comprehensive pricing, including delivery fees, service fees, and staffing costs
  • Cost Competitiveness: Reasonableness of pricing in relation to services offered
  • Value: Overall value considering quality, service level, and reliability
    
    
• Administrative & Public Agency Compatibility (10 pts) —
  • Invoicing Requirements: Ability to provide detailed, accurate invoices compatible with public agency requirements
  • Communication: Clear communication and designated point of contact
  • Compliance: Ability to meet contractual and administrative requirements
