• The firms listed in the document "" linked in the bid documentation are considered key personnel. The intention is to disclose any relationships, personal or professional, with these firms, CTRMA staff, and CTRMA Board Members, including a mitigation plan.
• The COI Disclosure requested is specific to this procurement. We are not able to determine if submitting a COI for this procurement would impact current or future procurements.
• The nature and expectations for the work authorization process will be included in the RFQ, but it is CTRMA's intention to allow a GSC to decline any work authorization offered.

The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit bids from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with services related to General Systems Consulting (GSC) Services in January 2026. The GSC scope includes systems implementation and technology; long-term planning and development; analysis and oversight; as well as project management and support. RFQ will release on January 15, 2026. Pre-Qualification deadline is December 15, 2025 at 2:00 PM.
