Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority - Retaining Wall Remediation Design Pool

The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) is soliciting qualifications from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with Retaining Wall Remediation Design Services, with the anticipated dates of service being late 2026 – late 2031. Prequalification by the Mobility Authority is mandatory to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Professional services solicited by the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) may include, but are not limited to, Project Management, Retaining Wall Analysis and Remediation Methods, Engineering and Design, and Construction Phase Services. The Mobility Authority intends to contract with up to three firms for this work.

Questions regarding the Prequalification Forms must be posted to the project’s CivCast page https://www.civcastusa.com/project/6a04aa7b91a7acc86703ee44/summary and received no later than Friday, July 10, 2026, 5:00 PM CT.

Conflict of Interest Disclosure Statements may be emailed to ENGProcurement@ctrma.org to be received no later than Friday, July 17, 2026, 2:00 PM CT.

SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit proposals from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with retaining wall remediation design services.

The selected Respondent will work at the direction and supervision of the Mobility Authority and its General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to provide the Services.

Professional services solicited by this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) include but are not limited to retaining wall analysis and suggested repair methods, engineering and design, and construction phase services.

The Mobility Authority invites all qualified entities to provide a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the RFQ once it is issued.
