    Description

    The Central Texas Regional Mobility Authority (Mobility Authority) anticipates beginning the process to solicit proposals from entities interested in providing the Mobility Authority with professional services related to the RM 1431 / 183A Intersection Improvement Project. Consulting and professional services solicited by this RFQ include preliminary engineering, environmental, design, and construction phase services for the project.

    The selected Respondent will work at the direction and supervision of the Mobility Authority and its General Engineering Consultant (GEC) to provide the Services. The Mobility Authority expects the selected Respondent to work cooperatively and collaboratively in assisting the GEC through all aspects and phases of PS&E and construction phase services and in its dealings with subcontractors, engineers, legal counsel, consultants, governmental entities, utilities, businesses, property owners, and the general public.

    The Mobility Authority invites all qualified entities to provide Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) in accordance with the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) once it is issued.

    Information regarding this RFQ will be made available on the Business Opportunities section of the Mobility Authority’s website and, once posted, copies may be obtained from this CivCast website. Periodic updates, addenda, and clarifications will be posted on this CivCast website, and interested parties are responsible for monitoring the website accordingly.

    The Mobility Authority will utilize a two-step procurement process. The Mobility Authority will review SOQs and at will, invite a shortlist of the best qualified Respondents to an interview after which a selection will be made.
