    Contractor shall provide all labor, travel, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and incidentals necessary to provide on-call, as-needed industrial hygiene testing services, including but not limited to monitoring, sampling, and analysis of airborne hazardous materials, quality control testing, analyzing, and reporting of hazardous materials, quality control sampling, and quality control oversight to Caltrans Materials Testing Facilities statewide. Refer to the Proposed Form of Agreement, Exhibit A, which is attached to this IFPQ, for a more complete description of services.
