    Description

Awards will be made to multiple vendors on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period. Vendors are encouraged to submit a response as soon as possible. As proposal responses are received or on at periodic basis, they will be opened, evaluated, and either accepted or rejected by the District, based on the criteria outlined within the request for proposal. Awards will be mad throughout the open period of this solicitation and will be made upon acceptance of a proposal response. Applicants will then be notified of the District's decision. Vendors proposals will be accepted until 5:00 pm, 06/30/2026. --- Q&A --- Q1: We provide low capacity transportation for special education and McKinney Vento students. This is usually a more cost effective way to transport students and allow more flexibility for the larger buses. I read that the lowest capacity vehicle was 25 students. However, we provide rides for less than 9 passengers per vehicle. Are we still able to submit a bid for the specific student populations of SpEd and MKV, or is this only meant for large capacity vehicles? A1: Yes, please use lines 1.1 to 1.4 (for 25 passengers or less) and upload your fee schedule. Submitted: 5/24/2021 09:09:34 AM (CT) Q2: What happens if I leave blank answers on line items? A2: Please be sure to enter the amount even if it is a zero (0). If a line item is left blank, it will be considered a no bid. Submitted: 5/21/2021 12:14:04 PM (CT)
