Bids will be received online via the PennBid Program, by Chestnuthill Township, until 3 PM local time on February 25, 2026, when Bids will be opened and publicly available on PennBid. The Project consists of the clearing and grading of land for the installation of pickleball courts, installing a paved path, ADA parking spaces, stormwater management facilities, lighting, and seeding. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis as indicated in the Bid Form. All bidding documents are available at no cost at PennBid (www.pennbid.bonfirehub.com) A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held for this project on Thursday, January 22, 2026 at 10 AM at the Chestnuthill Township Municipal Building located at 271 Route 715, Brodheadsville, PA 18322 with a site visit to follow. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for the period of 90 days, but Owner may, in its sole discretion, release any Bid and return the Bid security prior to the end of this period.
