The Stormwater Authority may add or subtract storm segments throughout the duration of the contract. The contractor shall visit the Borough prior to bidding, and as segments are added, to assure themselves that they are able to access all locations and assess all potential disturbances to be incurred in performing the work. The inspection work on the storm sewers must be done in accordance with the attached specification sections, as well as the attached bond and insurance requirements. The Stormwater Authority reserves the right to renew this contract for 2027 and 2028 at the unit price costs provided.All information, full notice to bidders and other documents related to this solicitation are available at no cost on the PennBid site (www.PennBid.net).All proposals must be submitted electronically via PennBid (www.PennBid.net), before 10:00 A.M. prevailing time on Wednesday, April 1, 2026. At that time, bids will be opened with results displayed publicly on PennBid.No calls please.Performance, maintenance, and labor and material payment bonds, along with public liability and property damage certificates of insurance in the amounts specified, as well as certificates of workman's compensation must be filed with the executed agreement upon acceptance of the proposal from the successful bidder.The owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or any part thereof, for any reason, and also reserves the right to waive any informality therein.
