A 5% Bid Bond will be required. The Engineering Division will receive electronic responses on PURCHASING.UTAH.GOV until 2:00PM on THURSDAY, MAY 7TH, 2026. Responses received after this time will not be accepted. Responses will be opened by Draper City staff and will be promptly posted to the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website within 24 hours of the above-stated time and date, with only the names of the firms submitting responses and their total bid amounts being presented. Preliminary bid results will be located within the Q&A section of the said project on U3P. Questions concerning the scope of work, response submittal, or process should be directed to us electronically through U3P before 2:00PM on TUESDAY, MAY 5TH, 2026.
