SAWS would like to have a single vendor who can respond with a full SLA of 24/7 onsite support. Replacement parts meeting OEM specifications and have a regional office within the state of Texas. The vendor must have field engineers located within San Antonio, TX. Vendor must have the full capability of an online portal with automated ticketing support and email monitoring to provide updates of open tickets.
