The State Standard Terms and Conditions apply to this solicitaiton. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. At its sole discretion, DAS may renew these services for up to three additional one-year term(s) subject to the satisfactory performance of the selected supplier and the needs of the State.
