The Administering Agency for this contract is NASPO ValuePoint Data Communications Cooperative (Master Agreement Number AR3227) as adopted by State of Oregon through Participating Addendum No.9412. The term of the above referenced contract is effective through September 30, 2026. The Port estimates the cumulative value of the procurement(s) to be up to $673,457.65Vendors who would otherwise be prospective bidders must submit comments, if any, within seven days from the date of this publication. Comments must be submitted in writing, addressed to the attention of the Manager of Contracts & Procurement, Port of Portland, PO Box 3529, Portland, OR 97208, and be received no later than 12:00 p.m. Pacific Time on July 20, 2026. The Manager of Contracts & Procurement will respond to any vendor having submitted comments by the deadline and shall make a written determination whether the cooperative procurement described herein is in the best interest of the Port of Portland.
