Project is funded in whole or in part with US Environmental Protection Agency funds. Davis Bacon Wage Rates apply. Project Manager:Rafael Martin, Construction Manager All Proposal and Bid documents, drawings and specifications can be viewed/ downloaded from ProcureWare (https://stamfordct.procureware.com).
