The work to be performed under this contract is under a program providing direct Federal financial assistance from the Department of Housing and Urban Development and is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 as amended, 12 U.S.C. 1701 U. This agreement is for services related to the project that is subject to the Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA) requirements under Title IX of the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (¿IIJA¿), Pub. L. 177-58.
