Contractor shall be held responsible for any damage or abuse caused by the negligence of his/her employees.. Contractor is responsible for proper use of the building and equipment. 3. All measurements and quantities are the responsibility of the contractor. Any/all permits if necessary are to be obtained by contractor prior to starting any work. 4. The contractor is responsible for following all safety requirements of the City of Columbus Construction and Materials Specifications. 5. Contractor will give a one year workmanship Guarantee on all work. 6. Contractor is responsible to keep area(s) clean of debris and are responsible for removal of all debris and excess materials on a daily basis. The use of City of Columbus dumpsters will not be permitted. 7. Contractor's employees must clear a local/state/federal background check covering 10 year period or beginning at 19 years of age .
