The City of Corona is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified consultants to provide professional engineering design services to prepare Plans, Specifications, and Estimates for the scope detailed in Section IV. The solicitation documents include, but are not limited to, the RFP. Consultants shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Consultants will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system.Consultants shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline. Proposal documents can be uploaded, modified or withdrawn any time prior to the proposal submission deadline. The PlanetBids system will not accept late proposals. No exceptions. Failure to submit electronic proposals shall result in a non-responsive finding and will not be considered for award.
