    The City is soliciting proposals from qualified, independent firms to conduct a comprehensive Performance Audit of the City of Corona’s Franchise Waste Hauler’s, (Waste Management) solid waste, recycling, and organics collection services, as authorized under Section 8.3 of the Franchise Agreement. Contractors shall complete the required forms in their entirety and submit electronically with their proposal through the PlanetBids system. Contractors will not be able to submit their proposals without uploading each of the required documents through the PlanetBids system.Contractors shall upload each required RFP form individually. Please allow sufficient time to fully complete and upload each and every document prior to the proposal submission deadline.
